Kalambe can be kept for 10 to 15 days
He said that Kalambe is prepared from maida. Once it is made, it can be eaten by keeping it for 10 to 15 days. Katalambe can be eaten without spoiling for so many days. Many people in Dehradun make them fry them in refined oil, while Katlambe made in refined does not last for a long time and they do not have real taste. This is the reason why Mama ji uses Dalda in his Kalambe. In Sindh, it is a very old way to make Katlambe.
