CMO Dr. RC Gupta inspected Sau Shaiya Hospital in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday morning. During the inspection, he instructed the deployed doctors and staff to be on duty on time in prescribed dress. The CMO directed the doctor present in the SNCU ward to check the children every 15 to 20 minutes, whether a call is received or not. The CMO instructed CMS to improve the hospital arrangements.
CMO reached Sau Shaiya Hospital at 10:25 am. Vineeta ward came, Chitralekha ward came and security guard Neeraj Kumar was present in shirt and jeans in the labor room emergency room. When the three employees were present without dress, instructions were given to seek clarification from the Chief Medical Superintendent.
Instructed all the staff to treat the visiting patients and attendants cordially. During inspection, the CMO found that the vaccination done at the time of birth was not being updated on the U Win portal for 15 days. Expressing displeasure over this, he gave instructions to immediately enter it every working day. CMO instructed to start OT from hospital time.
The CMO instructed CMS to deduct the salary if the employee or doctor is not in dress from the next working day. At the time of inspection CMS Dr. Shashank, Dr. Divya Sarin, in-charge District Health Education Officer Ravindra Singh Gaur, Kaushalendra Singh, Shashi Batham etc. were present.
