The matter has become heated between the CMS and the doctors of the district hospital and the CMS has accused the doctors of commission and abetting the brokers. Said that a campaign is being run by them to stop the brokers in the hospital. But instead of giving the medicines available in the hospital to the patients, the doctors order the medicines from outside at higher prices. Doctors do not remain in the OPD which runs for the stipulated time from 8 am to 2 pm. It has also been said not to work in the operation theater till the stipulated time.

Let us tell you that recently the doctors in Deen Dayal District Hospital have threatened to resign collectively, accusing CMS of arbitrariness. But now after the reply given by CMS to the district administration, there has been a new twist in this matter. CMS Dr. Digvijay Singh has alleged that the doctors of the hospital want to perform duty arbitrarily and oppose the rule of biometric attendance.

In its reply to the district administration, CMS said that biometric devices have been installed to ensure the presence of paramedical staff and doctors of the hospital in the OPD. But doctors don’t want to accept it. At the same time, when doctors make rounds in the patient ward in the evening, registering and monitoring it with CCTV cameras is also opposed.

If action is not taken the protest will intensify on Saturday
