On Monday night in Raya, Mathura, a canter carrying paddy collided with a tractor trolley carrying bricks on Mant Road. Five people were injured in the accident. The condition of the canter driver is critical.
It has been told that eight farmers including Mukhtyar Singh, Samsher Singh, Ali Hussain, residents of Hasangarh, Jalesar Etah, were going to Sonipat Mandi with paddy in a canter. There was a fierce head-on collision with a tractor trolley carrying bricks from Surir near village police station Amar Singh on Raya Mant Road. Canter driver Vijay Singh, resident of Samadpur, resident of Sadabad and farmer Mukhityar, Ali Hussain, resident of Samsher, Hasangarh, Jalesar and tractor driver Nek Kumar, resident of Avarni Baldev were injured.
As soon as information about the incident was received, Inspector-in-charge Ajay Kaushal reached the spot with Mayforce. The injured have been sent to the hospital for treatment. Both the vehicles were removed from the road and the road was cleared.
