For this, a five-member team led by ADM City will investigate and decide the action on the basis of the investigation by 25 May afternoon.
DM Visakh ji said that senior officials of Industry Department, Fire Department, UPSIDC, Factory Department will investigate under the leadership of ADM City Amit Bhatt. By 25 May afternoon, this investigation team will uncover the negligence and other main reasons. In which it will be clear that what were the reasons for the boiler blast. Negligence will be determined only after this investigation. According to that, the case or other action will be decided. Apart from this, the tehsil team has been assigned to know the family conditions of the deceased, the condition of the injured etc. On the basis of the report of the tehsil team, the process of compensation etc. will be decided on 25 May. Here, after the spot, the DM and SSP reached the medical college and saw the arrangements for the treatment of the injured etc. and gave necessary instructions.
It is important to know the reasons for the blast in this accident. Action will be decided on that basis. The investigation committee formed in this regard will clear the picture by May 25.
