Ravneet Singh Bittu on Rahul Gandhi: Regarding the statement of Union Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu on Congress leader and Raebareli MP Rahul Gandhi, Congress leader Rashid Alvi said that Ravneet Bittu should apologize for his statement on Rahul Gandhi.
He said, “All those people in Congress who agree with BJP’s ideology should be expelled from Congress. They are giving such statements to please RSS and the Prime Minister. If they have any proof, they should file an FIR. Earlier, when they were in Congress, they used to praise Rahul Gandhi, so is he also a terrorist?”
Rashid Alvi said, “Earlier, when Assam CM Himanta Sarma was in Congress, he held a big post in the Congress, but when he separated from the Congress, he talked about creating riots in the country and pitting one community against another. Congress should show such leaders the way out.”
What is the whole matter?
Union Minister and BJP leader Ravneet Singh Bittu gave a controversial statement about Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. In this statement, he called Rahul Gandhi the country’s number one ‘terrorist’. Union Minister Bittu said, “Rahul Gandhi has tried to divide the Sikhs, Sikhs are not associated with any party and this is an attempt to ignite a fire, Rahul Gandhi is the country’s number one terrorist.”
What statement did Rahul Gandhi give about Sikhs in America?
Rahul Gandhi was on a US tour recently. Addressing people of Indian origin in Virginia, he said, “First of all you have to understand what the fight is about. The fight is not about politics… it is superficial. What is your name? The fight is about whether… as a Sikh, he will be allowed to wear a turban in India or as a Sikh, he will be allowed to wear a Kada in India… or whether a Sikh will be able to go to the Gurudwara. In real terms, the fight is about this and not just for them, but for all religions.”
