Kangana Ranaut’s statement: BJP MP from Mandi Lok Sabha seat of Himachal Pradesh and actress Kangana Ranaut is in the headlines these days for her statement on Congress MP Rahul Gandhi. BJP MP Kangana had said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi only gives importance to the chair and he is only obsessed with the chair. Kangana had said that Rahul Gandhi is a total mess, after this statement the Congress party is now attacking her.
Regarding this, senior Telangana Congress leader Hanumanth Rao has filed a police complaint against Kangana. He has accused MP Kangana Ranaut of using unparliamentary language for Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi in the Lok Sabha.
What did Congress leader Hanumanth Rao say in the complaint?
Telangana Congress leader Hanumanth Rao said in his complaint that it is not fair to accuse Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi of drug addiction. He said that a case has been registered against Kangana in Amberpet Police Station in Hyderabad and if BJP encourages people like this, then people will turn around and drive them away. Hanumanth Rao also said that it is the responsibility of BJP President JP Nadda to control Kangana.
Kangana should apologize to Rahul Gandhi
Telangana Congress leader said, Kangana has made such statements only to gain popularity. She has insulted Rahul and all the poor and weaker sections of the society. Kangana Ranaut should immediately apologize to Rahul Gandhi for such a statement. Kangana’s statement has hurt the Congress supporters. Hanumanth Rao has also appealed to the DGP and Commissioner to register a case against Kangana.
In an interview to a TV channel, Mandi MP Kangana Ranaut accused Rahul Gandhi of taking drugs and said that he should get his drug test done. She said that looking at Rahul Gandhi, it seems that he is always intoxicated.
