Congress’s Theenmar Mallann Complaint Against Allu Arjun Over Scene In Pushpa 2


Allu Arjun: Telugu superstar Allu Arjun’s troubles are not decreasing. A senior Congress leader in Telangana has lodged a police complaint regarding the Telugu superstar’s new film ‘Pushpa 2: The Rise’. He alleges that the police force has been insulted in a scene of the film.

Congress leader Thenmar Mallanna has lodged a complaint at Medipally police station. Apart from the actor, the film’s director Sukumar and producers are also named in the complaint.

Questions raised on this scene of the film

Thenmar Mallanna particularly criticized the scene in which the hero urinates in a police officer’s swimming pool. He has described this scene as humiliating and hurting the dignity of law enforcement officers. In his complaint, he demanded action against the film’s director Sukumar and lead actor Allu Arjun as well as the film’s producers. He urged the authorities to take strict action to stop objectionable portrayal of the police.

Allu Arjun’s house was also attacked

Earlier, South superstar Allu Arjun’s residence in Hyderabad was targeted on Sunday. The miscreants associated with OU JAC threw tomatoes at Allu Arjun’s residence and also damaged the flower pots. After getting information about the incident, the security personnel took control of the situation and chased away the miscreants from the spot. At present the police is investigating the matter.

CM ordered investigation

At the same time, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy condemned the attack on Allu Arjun’s Hyderabad residence on Sunday and ordered the police officers to take action. Sharing a post on Twitter, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy wrote, “I condemn the attack on the houses of film celebrities. I order the state DGP and the city police commissioner to take strict action regarding law and order. No negligence will be tolerated in this regard. Senior officers should take care to prevent policemen not involved in the evening theater incident from responding.”
