Ingredients to make Coriander Paratha
Wheat flour – 1 bowl
Green coriander leaves – 1 big bowl
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Oil/ghee – as needed
salt – as per taste
Coriander Paratha Recipe
To make coriander paratha full of taste, first sift the flour in a utensil. After this, break the green coriander leaves and separate the thick stalks and wash them by putting them in clean water. After this, cut coriander leaves into fine pieces. Add chopped coriander to the flour and add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder to it and mix everything well. After this add garam masala, salt and 1 teaspoon oil to the flour and mix everything.
Now add water little by little and knead a soft dough for the paratha. After this cover the dough for half an hour and keep it aside. After the fixed time, take the dough and knead it once more. After this, prepare dough balls in equal proportion of the flour. Now take one ball and roll out its paratha. Meanwhile, keep a nonstick pan on medium heat for heating.

When the griddle becomes hot, put some oil on it and spread it all around. After this put the rolled paratha and roast it. After some time, pour oil on the edges of the paratha and turn it over. Apply oil on the other side of the paratha as well. Roast the paratha by turning it till it becomes golden and crispy from both the sides. After this take out the paratha in a plate. Similarly, prepare paratha from all the balls one by one. Serve it hot with vegetables, chutney or pickle.
