In the ongoing case regarding a land situated in Khair, the Additional District Judge has sent a notice to the SDM, Tehsildar and Accountant and summoned them on March 16. Along with this, a warning has also been given that the salary of the public servant will be attached and he will be sent to civil prison.
Let us tell you that Khair resident Dr. Rahul Sharma (currently working on the post of Deputy CMO in Aligarh) etc. had got the deed of forty bighas of land in Utwara village. It is alleged that after the name was mentioned in the revenue records, the SDM court, after investigating the complaint, canceled the dismissal order considering it wrong and against the law and registered that land as pastureland.
The aggrieved party had filed a complaint in the court of Additional Commissioner Judicial, Aligarh and Additional District against the order. After the hearing, the Additional Commissioner Aligarh Court had canceled the order of the SDM considering it not legal. At the same time, the Additional District Judge Court had also considered Dr. Rahul Sharma etc. as decree holders on the basis of the previously passed decree order dated 29 March 2013.
In this case, SDM Khair, disregarding the order of the court’s decree, did not provide the copy to the aggrieved party, nor did anyone appear in the court on behalf of the Revenue Department. Taking a strict stand on non-submission of report in the court even after three notices and continuous disobedience of the court’s order, the Additional District Judge sent a final notice to the SDM, Tehsildar and Accountant Dhirendra Sharma and on March 16 himself appeared in the court and presented an explanation. Gave orders to do. Why not warn of attachment of salary and sending to civil prison for disobeying the decree passed by the court. In the matter, SDM Khair Digvijay Singh has said that he will present his side as per the rules as per the notice received from the court.
