The latest data shows that the number of active patients in the country is 18,389, which is 0.04 percent of the total infection. Since the Corona epidemic, so far 4,47,22,605 cases have been recorded in the country. 4,41,73,335 patients have been cured of corona. In this way the recovery rate is 98.77 percent. So far 5,30,881 people have lost their lives due to the Corona epidemic.
More than 2.2 billion vaccines
According to the information given on the website of the Ministry of Health, under the nationwide vaccination campaign, more than 2.2 billion covid vaccines have been administered in two years. In the last 24 hours, 2,799 vaccine doses have been given.
7 months record broken in Delhi
An increase in corona cases has also been seen in Delhi. 416 new cases were registered in the national capital on Saturday, which is the highest daily figure in the last 7 months. According to the data of the Health Department, the rate of infection in the city increased to 14.37 percent.
Before this, on Friday (March 31), CM Arvind Kejriwal held a review meeting regarding the preparations for Corona cases in Delhi. He had assured the people that the government is taking all necessary measures and people need not worry.
669 new cases in Maharashtra
On Saturday (April 1), 669 cases of corona virus were registered in Maharashtra, due to which the total number of infected in the state increased to 81,44,780, while there was no change in the death toll of 1,48,441. On Friday, 425 cases of corona virus were registered in the state, while 694 cases were registered on Thursday.
