Notorious criminals lodged in the Central Jail, Izzatnagar, Bareilly are living a life of luxury by using mobile phones. This is the second consecutive case reported within 15 days. Many photos of notorious criminal Sameer alias Raka, who was released on bail, are going viral, in which the barrack and its luxurious beds and mattresses inside the jail are visible. After posting the matter on X, the officers are not able to respond, investigation is being done in the jail. The security of the jail is again under question.
Earlier on March 12, the live video of shooter Asif from the same jail had gone viral. Now many photos of notorious criminal Sameer alias Raka, resident of village Khanjuri of Katra police station of Gonda district, have been posted on X from the ID of Shruti Aggarwal.
‘I have no desire to be famous, I just want to break my pride’
Raka’s photo showing Tashan wearing glasses in jail is going viral. It is written that I am not interested in becoming famous, I just want to break the pride of some people. The photo is said to be of a sensitive barrack of the jail. There are also thick mattresses and pillows kept in the barracks. It is being told that Sameer was given phone and such facilities in jail after taking huge amount of money. It is suspected that Sameer might be using the phone to extort money.
