Veg Lollipop Mixture: 5 medium size boiled potatoes, ¼ cup onion finely chopped, ¼ cup cauliflower finely chopped, ¼ cup carrot finely chopped, ¼ cup capsicum finely chopped, 1 green chili finely chopped, 1 tsp ginger Take garlic paste, 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander, ½ tsp red chili flakes, ½ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, salt as per taste, ¼ cup bread crumbs, oil for frying. Along with this, take 2 tbsp all purpose flour, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp rice flour and water as required to make slurry. For bread crumbs coating you will need 1 cup bread crumbs, ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes, ¼ teaspoon oregano.

Ingredients for Dip
To make the dip, take 5-6 tbsp eggless mayonnaise, 3 tbsp tomato ketchup, ¼ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp red chilli flakes, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp onion powder and 1 tsp garlic powder.

Veg Lollipop Recipe
To make Veg Lollipops, first boil and peel the potatoes and mash them well. Then add finely chopped onion, cauliflower, carrot, capsicum, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, green coriander leaves, red chili flakes, oregano, black pepper powder and salt and mix everything well. . Now add bread crumbs to this mixture and make a dough out of it. Then make lollipops out of them and keep them aside. Now to make slurry, mix maida, corn flour and rice flour in a bowl. Then add some water to it and prepare a medium batter, which should not be too thick or too thin.
Now take bread crumbs, mix red chili flakes, oregano and black pepper powder in it. Then dip the prepared lollipops in the slurry and coat them with bread crumbs and keep all the lollipops in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes. Then heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the lollipops in it till they turn golden brown. Your veg lollipop is ready.
