The constable recruitment examination conducted by the Central Selection Board is starting from today. This exam will continue till 28 August. This exam was canceled in October 2023 due to paper leak. The entire team of Bihar Police is busy conducting a successful examination this time. Full preparations have also been made for this. 28 examination centers have been set up in Patna including AN College, Government School in Gardanibagh area. Bihar Police is using state-of-the-art technology to ensure that there is no disturbance of any kind. Not only this, many different teams including Cyber ​​Cell, Economic Offenses Unit, CID, Social Media Cell of Bihar Police have been deployed.

The written examination of constable recruitment starting from today will be conducted on 11, 18, 21, 25 and 28 August 2024. The written examination will be on OMR sheet. This examination will be conducted in six shifts. The examination will be conducted in one shift every day. The exam time will be from 12 noon to 2 pm. Candidates have to report at the examination centers at 9:30 am. Entry to the examination center will be closed at 10:30 am. Before entry, they will be checked by trained police personnel of DFMD / HHMD and District Police. The examination will be from 12:00 to 02:00 pm.

Can’t even carry pens and pencils

For identification of the candidates, entry will be allowed only with the e-admit card issued by the Central Selection Board and their identity card (Aadhar card, voter ID card etc.). Thumb impressions of both their hands, photo and short video will be taken in the examination hall. These will be used for their identification at the time and in the next stages of selection and to rule out the possibility of impersonation. Candidates will not be able to carry any kind of writing material such as pen, pencil etc. or any other item in the examination center. Pen will be provided to them along with the question booklet for filling the OMR sheet and other writing work.
