CSIR UGC NET 2024 & NEET PG 2024 Postponed: The controversies raised over the NEET UG exam were not yet resolved when the dates of two more national level exams have been changed. First, the CSIR UGC NET exam, which was to be held between 25 and 27 June, was postponed by the NTA. A few hours later, just a night before the exam, the NEET PG exam was also postponed. UGC NET exam postponed earlier
The CSIR UGC NET exam is also conducted by the NTA. This year’s June exam was scheduled to be held between 25 and 27. However, on June 21, four days before the exam, the NTA issued a notice to postpone the exam. The agency said that the exam is being postponed due to some unavoidable reasons and logistical issues. New exam dates will be released shortly.
NEET PG number came again
Shortly after the postponement of the UGC NET exam, the Health Ministry announced the postponement of the NEET Post Graduation Exam 2024. NEET PG is conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences under the Health Ministry. The date of this exam will also be announced again in a few days.
Paper leak denied
NTA has clearly denied paper leak regarding UGC NET and Health Ministry has clearly denied paper leak regarding NEET PG. However, candidates do not seem satisfied with these answers. Let us tell you that the repeated controversies regarding big examinations have brought the exam conducting agencies under suspicion. Students are also losing trust in them.

- Whatever is said about the NEET UG 2024 controversy is less. The matter is still in court and the hearing on the cancellation of the exam will be held on July 8. Meanwhile, today i.e. on June 23, a re-test was conducted for 1563 candidates.
- UGC NET exam was conducted on 18th June and the very next day i.e. on 19th June, NTA cancelled the exam.
- The CSIR UGC NET exam was to be held between 25 and 27 June but NTA postponed the exam on 21 June itself. New dates will be announced soon.
- The NEET PG exam was scheduled to be held today i.e. on 23rd June which was postponed by the Health Ministry. A day before this, NBE i.e. National Board of Examinations had advised the candidates to avoid fraudulent activities and said that people are being duped of money in the name of the paper on social media.
- The exam was postponed the very next day. Obviously, in such a situation, issues like exam leak are being raised.
- Amidst the NEET UG exam controversy, NTA Director General Subodh Kumar Singh was replaced. Pradeep Singh Kharola joined in his place. A committee has been formed in this matter which is investigating the matter.
