CUET PG 2024 Update: This time a record number of candidates have applied for the Common University Entrance Test Post Graduation 2024. This number has increased significantly compared to last year. Thus, the number of candidates for such examinations which are conducted by NTA is increasing every year. Record registrations were also seen in JEE Main January session. This examination is also conducted by the National Testing Agency and now the same has happened with CUET PG also.
So many candidates applied
According to TOI report, a record 4.6 lakh candidates have registered for CUET PG 2024 this year. The last date to apply for this year’s Common University Entrance Test PG 2024 was 10th February. Till this date, a record 4.6 lakh registrations have been done.
So many candidates increased this year
Thus, if compared with last year, this number has increased by about one lakh. Last year i.e. in the year 2023, a total of 4.5 lakh registrations were received. Whereas this year i.e. in the year 2024, a total of 4.6 lakh applications have been received.
The exam will be held in computer mode
Every candidate of CUET PG is eligible to appear in multiple papers. Regarding this, NTA Director General Subodh Kumar Singh says that the examination will be conducted in computer mode. Let us tell you that from this year CUET UG i.e. Undergraduate Programs examination will be conducted in hybrid mode. The exam will be conducted both online and offline.
Exam will be held in three shifts
Registrations for CUET UG 2024 have not started yet but it is expected that the applications will start from the end of this month. The PG examination will be conducted from 11 to 28 March 2024 at the designated centres. The exam will be conducted in three shifts.
