Ingredients for Water chestnut flour curry
Water chestnut flour – 1 cup
Boiled potatoes – 2
Green chili – 2
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Lemon – 1/2
Desi ghee – 2 tbsp
salt – as per taste

How to make water chestnut flour curry
To make water chestnut flour curry, first boil the potatoes in the cooker and then peel them and cut them into 1-1 inch pieces. Now put water chestnut flour in a utensil and prepare the solution by adding 1 cup of water to it. After this finely chop green chillies and coriander leaves. Now put ghee in a pan and heat it. After melting the ghee, add cumin and green chillies and fry for a few seconds.

When cumin starts crackling, add chopped potato pieces to it and fry while stirring with a big spoon. After frying the potatoes for 1 to 2 minutes, add the prepared solution of water chestnut flour to it and mix it well with a spoon. After cooking it for some time, mix black pepper powder and salt as per taste in the mixture. If you want, you can also add some red chili powder.
