Prepare this way of curry pickle
Anasuya Sharma says that to put this pickle at home, first of all you have to buy good quality mangoes from the market. Desi curry, if available, is best for pickles. Before adding raw mango pickle, you have to cut the mangoes into pieces. After which they have to be soaked in turmeric and salt water for 2 days. On the third day, take out the mangoes from the water and dry them in the sun for 2 hours. Then prepare all the spices for the pickle according to the quantity and mix the spices well with the curry. After mixing the spices well in the pickle, if a little asafoetida is added to it, then the taste becomes even more unique.

If you want to keep pickle for a long time then follow this formula
Anasuiya Sharma says that if you want to use the pickle put at home for a long time, then after the pickle is completely prepared, heat mustard oil and mix it after cooling it. After that completely immerse the pickled curry in the oil. The pickle put at home in this way will last for a long time. Apart from this, its taste will also double day by day. On the other hand, eating pickle of cari also strengthens the digestive power.
