Dalljiet Kaur On Shalin Bhanot: TV actress Daljeet Kaur settled down twice but both times her relationship failed. These days she is in discussion about divorce with her second husband Nikhil Patel. Before this he had married actor Shalin Bhanot. He has a son with Shalin whose name is Jaden. Daljeet has recently revealed that Shaleen never meets his son nor talks to him.
In a recent interview given to Pinkvilla, Daljeet Kaur talked about Shalin Bhanot. On the question whether Shalin supports her in any way, Daljeet said- ‘The best thing is that I do not need support, which I want to tell Mr. Bhanot. I don’t need your support, but his son needs a call. He deserved the call and never got it.
Daljeet had arranged for Nikhil to meet his ex-husband.
Daljeet says- ‘Ever since our divorce, this has always been a pattern, whenever he wanted to meet Jaden, I never refused. I was always busy figuring out my life as a single mother. Never minded his schedule, but whenever he asked, I never said no. This has been a pattern for 9 years. Before the marriage, I met Shaleen and introduced her to Nikhil, because I felt it was my duty, my initiative.
‘Shaleen knew that I wanted to get married’
The actress further said- ‘Shalin knew that I wanted to get married, I wanted this for myself, I had this right. I told Shalin that whenever he wanted to meet Jaden, he could come to Kenya and stay with him. What could be better for Jaden? Daljeet further told that when she came to India, she asked Shaleen to meet Jaden but the actor did not meet her son.
Shalin did not meet his son, no problem
Daljeet says- ‘Leave aside meeting, he did not even send a single message. It’s also very interesting that I don’t want anything from him, what will he do? The pain that Jaden and I were going through is our journey. No need to give anything away, if that’s what was scaring him.
