The courts are tired of giving dates after dates in criminal cases pending for 40 years in Allahabad District Court. Now the case files will wait for the accused in cold storage. Many dates were given in these years but the police could not present the plaintiff, accused and witnesses. The court was forced to postpone the proceedings. The court ordered to keep the files safe in the office. Now no dates will be given on these files until the accused are found. Currently, the court has issued a permanent warrant against the absconding accused.
