DDA New Housing Scheme: Yesterday i.e. on 14th March, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced a new housing scheme. This housing scheme of Phase III of DDA will be completely online. And in this, flats will be allotted only on first come first serve basis. In the information given by DDA, it has been told that all the flats are ready to move in and are free hold properties. Through this housing scheme, flats are being given in Narela, Jasola, Rohini, Siraspur and Loknayakpuram. Let us know what is the price of these flats and other information.
Price in Narela ranges from Rs 25 lakh to Rs 85 lakh
Under this new scheme of DDA, there are 7931 LIG flats for Economic Weaker Section in Sector G7 of Narela. Whose plinth area is 35 square meters. Whose price is 14 lakhs. Whereas other LIG flats whose plinth area is 50 square meters are priced at Rs 25.2 lakh. All these flats are newly constructed. Along with this, there are MIG i.e. 2BHK flats in Narela. His price is around Rs 85 lakh. DDA is also giving 15% discount on MIG flats in Ramgarh.
HIG flats cost Rs 2 crore
Under this scheme, 8 HIG flats are also being given in Jasola. Whose price is Rs 2.08-2.18 crore. So there are 838 LIG flats in Rohini which are priced between Rs 14.1-14.24 lakh. Along with this, there are 107 LIG flats in Siraspur which are priced at Rs 17.4-17.7 lakh. So there are 89 LIG flats in Loknayakpuram whose price is Rs 27-28.5 lakh.
Separate discount for government employees
In this scheme of DDA, special exemption has been given for government employees. 25 percent discount is being given for MIG i.e. 2 BHK flats for government employees in Narela. There are a total of 445 flats for government employees. Whose plinth area is around 112.7-114.7 square meters. After 25 percent discount, the price of these flats for government employees will be Rs 75 lakh.
