A case of a cow being tied to a tractor-trolley and dragged after it died in a cow shed in Mahoba district has come to light. The video of this incident which puts humanity to shame is becoming increasingly viral on social media. The viral video is said to be from Gram Panchayat Sugira of Block Jaitpur. However, Amar Ujala does not confirm the viral video.
The state government is spending lakhs of rupees for the protection of cattle, but due to the apathy of those responsible, better protection of cattle is not taking place. Cow shelters are operated in every gram panchayat. While the government spends a huge amount of money to provide food and drink like green fodder, jaggery, gram etc., the condition of the cows living in cow sheds is bad and they are dying every day. A video is going viral on social media on Thursday.
In the viral video, a person is seen dragging a dead cow by tying it to the back of a tractor-trolley. There is anger among Hindu organizations due to the incident. The viral video is said to be of Sugira Gaushala. Where currently 200 cows are protected. Village head Kusum Kushwaha says that the matter will be investigated. Block Development Officer Jaitpur Moolchandra Singh says that the matter has come to his notice. After investigation, action will be taken against the culprits.
