Ravindra Singh, a resident of Khaira block area of ​​Jamui district, was declared dead on paper. Ever since Ravindra Singh came to know about this, he has been pleading to be brought back to life. But there is no one to listen to him. Ravindra Kumar Singh said that he had applied for the old age pension scheme. But his application was rejected. When he asked the reason for rejecting the application, he was told that he had died. Due to which his application cannot be accepted.

Ravindra Singh said that his application has been rejected twice before. He had applied for old age pension twice before this. But his application was rejected both the times. But he could not know the reason then. When his application was rejected for the third time, he went to the block office and tried to find out about it. After what he was told at the block office, the ground slipped under his feet. He was told that he had died and hence he cannot be given the benefit of the scheme.

Now Ravindra Kumar Singh has appealed for action in the case. This matter of declaring a living person dead has become a topic of discussion in the district. On the whole matter, Block Development Officer Chandan Kumar Chakraborty said that many times this happens due to not doing KYC. He said that an investigation will be conducted in the matter and the mistake that has happened will be rectified. Anyway, this unique case of Jamui district is now in discussion.
