The second episode of the discussion 2025 on the exam was made live stream on Tuesday. In this episode, actress, Entrepreneur and Mental Health’s supporter Deepika Padukone spoke to the students on the importance of mental health and well-beating. Deepika Padukone made a great entry in this program and greeted the students with a smile. He also shared a funny anecdote of his childhood, in which he said, ‘I was a very naughty girl. I always climbed on the table, chair and couch and jumped. After this, he openly told about the experience of the exam preparation, ‘I used to feel very stressed during the exam, especially in maths I had a lot of trouble-I still find it difficult today.’

During the session, Deepika gave some useful tips to deal with stress and also shared her personal experiences.
Deepika told the students that ‘we all get stressed. I had a lot of weakness in maths-even now! Prime Minister Narendra Modi Has also said in our book that we should always express our feelings and not suppress them. Jernling is a great way to do this.
