In the budget session of the Vidhan Sabha, a resolution letter was passed on Tuesday regarding the Adani case. During this, the Chief Minister said that people’s companies are being snatched by using ED-CBI. On October 10, 2018, the Income Tax Department raided Krishnapatnam Port.
Adani bought the entire port after a year and a half on 6 April 2020. ACC and Ambuja Cement were raided on 10 December 2020. On 16 October 2022, both the cement plants went to Adani. Similarly other companies also got Adani. Apart from this, every year coal worth Rs 2800 crore from the mines also goes to them free of cost.
Referring to the discussion held with a senior BJP leader, the Chief Minister claimed that Adani is only on the front, all the money has been spent by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Adani only manages money. If the JPC (Joint Parliamentary Committee) probe is done, Modi will drown, not Adani. For this reason, the Prime Minister is trying to save Adani even after the Hindenburg report.
Arguing that the Prime Minister is less educated, Kejriwal said that Adani tells him about investing money. In the year 2014, Adani’s assets were 50 thousand crore rupees and increased to 11.50 lakh crore rupees in seven years. The Prime Minister is looting the country with both hands. They looted 10 times more than Congress in just 7-8 years.
Narendra Modi is the most corrupt prime minister after independence. Not Adani, but Narendra Modi became the second richest man in the world and he wants to become the richest man in the world. While going to Sri Lanka, Modi put pressure on the President Gotabaya Rajapaksa to get Sri Lanka’s wind project to Adani.
He also got the project of selling 1500 MW power to Bangladesh for 25 years to Adani. He gave many of India’s defense deals with Israel to Adani. Similarly, he auctioned six airports of the country for privatization by setting conditions favorable to them.
Raised many demands in the resolution letter
The Chief Minister said that the resolution passed in the Assembly demanded that immediate steps be taken to restore the rule of law as provided under the Constitution. Instruct the Modi government to put an end to all unconstitutional means through which friends are being promoted on their behalf and honest people are being persecuted. Also send a message to the Parliament to consider setting up a Joint Parliamentary Committee to investigate the scam of a friend of the Prime Minister. At the same time, an appeal was made to the Supreme Court to expand the scope of the petition on the issue of electoral bonds in the public interest.
Uproar many times in the matter of short duration discussion
There was uproar several times in the Vidhan Sabha in the matter of holding a short-term discussion on Tuesday. The Speaker accepted the proposal to discuss the loss caused to the Central Government by a private company of the ruling party. At the same time, the opposition’s proposal for discussion on corruption cases coming to the fore in several departments of the Delhi government was cancelled.
The members of the opposition created ruckus while protesting strongly. For this reason, the Speaker adjourned the meeting, while after lunch, he threw the Leader of the Opposition out of the House for creating ruckus. In protest, BJP members boycotted the meeting. As soon as the proceedings of the meeting started, Speaker Ram Niwas Goyal decided to hold a short-term discussion on the proposal of the ruling party.
Opposing the decision, Leader of Opposition Ramveer Singh Bidhuri alleged that those proposals are not taken up for discussion in the House, while those subjects which do not come under the purview of the Assembly are selected for discussion.
During this, he tried to obstruct the discussion on the proposal of the ruling party, only then the members of the ruling party started ruckus against him. Therefore, the Speaker adjourned the meeting for 15 minutes. The discussion on the proposal of the ruling party started after the re-assembly of the House. During this, the members of the opposition created ruckus several times objecting to the statement of AAP MLA Madanlal, but after the intervention of the Speaker, the members of the opposition calmed down. He was speaking by taking the name of the Prime Minister.
leader of opposition thrown out of the house
Members of the opposition alleged that Madanlal was speaking the language of Pakistan by quoting a newspaper and started raising slogans against Pakistan. On this, the Assembly Speaker said that Madanlal has not quoted the newspaper of Pakistan, but the newspaper of Iran. At the same time, Madanlal said that he was talking about the newspaper of Al Jazeera Qatar. As soon as the meeting started after lunch, the members of the opposition again opposed the discussion on the proposal of the ruling party. Ramveer Singh Bidhuri said that the discussion is illegal. This type of discussion cannot take place in this house, during which slogans were raised from both the sides and the house turned into an uproar. Meanwhile, the Speaker of the Assembly ousted the Leader of the Opposition from the House. In protest, the BJP MLAs boycotted the House.
