Corona Cases in Delhi: On Thursday, 11 new cases of Coronavirus were found in Delhi and the infection rate was 0.29 percent. The Health Department of Delhi released these figures. Delhi Health Department told that there is no news of death of anyone from Corona. Earlier on Wednesday, 13 new cases of coronavirus were reported here and the infection rate was 0.33 percent. According to the Delhi Health Department, 16 new cases of Kovid-19 were reported in the national capital on Tuesday and the infection rate was 0.44 percent.
Delhi Health Department said that now the cases of coronavirus have increased to 2,007,199 in Delhi, while the death toll remains at 26,521. At present, 35 patients are under treatment here. Significantly, since November, the number of daily cases of coronavirus is less than 20 and the infection rate is less than one percent. The number of active cases in Delhi had come down from 39 to 35 on Tuesday. Delhi recorded five cases with a positivity rate of 0.19 per cent and one death on December 21. The Delhi Health Department did not issue the Kovid Bulletin from 23 to 25 December.
So many lakh people have been given precaution dose
Meanwhile, amid concerns about the re-spread of the coronavirus, the pace of getting precoction doses has increased in Delhi. As compared to the last week, this week double the precaution doses have started being given every day. According to the Delhi government’s health bulletin of December 28, 1,100 precaution doses were administered in the state on Wednesday, 1,179 on Tuesday and 563 on Monday. At the same time, before December 20, this month, on most days, less than 500 preventive doses of corona vaccine were being administered daily. Till December 28, 33,60,043 preventive doses of Corona have been administered in Delhi. The total number of corona vaccines is 3,73,55,640. Of these, 1,82,90,827 are the first dose of vaccine and 1,57,04,770 are the second dose of vaccine.
