Three soldiers posted at Kishangarh police station of Delhi Police have shown courage without caring for their lives. A senior officer of Delhi Police Headquarters said that Rakesh Malhotra (32), a resident of Rajpura, Jammu, was looking after the work of a civil engineer in a company named Satyaveer Gupta, which was constructing a bridge at Ramban. He got married only six months back. He had a conversation with a 40-year-old woman while taking a credit card about one to one-and-a-half years ago.
The woman, a resident of Katwaria Sarai, Delhi, has two children. Divorce case is going on with husband. Soon both of them became friends during the conversation. Both started meeting. The woman alleges that Rakesh had tricked her into marrying him. The woman lodged an FIR at the Kishangarh police station on April 19, alleging that Rakesh came to meet her in Delhi and raped her after giving her intoxicating drink. Meanwhile, Rakesh got married.

After registering the case, the team of ASI Shrikant, Havaldar Vinod Kumar and Havaldar Yogesh Kumar posted at Kishangarh police station was searching for Rakesh. When the team put the accused’s mobile on surveillance, his location was found of Tanger Valley, Ramban. This area has been the most affected by terrorism for many decades. The three policemen reached Ramban after taking permission from senior officers. Kishangarh Police Station President Shambhunath kept taking every moment’s information of the team over the phone. All the three policemen had one pistol each. All three reached the local police station Dharam Kunda police station in Ramban on April 24 and sought help. The policemen went to the spot disguised as villagers. He told the accused that he had to go to the local police station for some investigation. After this all three brought Rakesh to Delhi.
