Delhi Police has brought gangster Deepak Pahal alias Boxer to Delhi. He was taken directly from the airport to the Janakpuri office of the Special Cell. Special Commissioner of Police HGS Dhariwal himself went to the airport along with Additional Commissioner of Police Pramod Kushwaha to monitor him at the airport.

He was brought to Janakpuri under his supervision. According to police officials, the six-member team went to Mexico under the supervision of IFSO DCP Prashant Gautam. In this, three members stayed in Turkey, while three members went to Mexico. Along with bringing the boxer to Delhi, the officers of America’s intelligence agency FBI have also come along.

According to police officials of the Special Cell, the boxer has been kept in the cell’s office under heavy security. He will be produced in MCOCA court later this afternoon and will be taken on police remand. The boxer was on the run in several cases, including the murder of a builder in Delhi’s Civil Lines area.

Police said big success

On reaching Delhi, Dhaliwal said that it is a great success that for the first time a criminal has been brought from a place like Mexico through coordinated action. The Special Cell of Delhi Police was following him (Gangster Deepak Boxer) for several months. There is no other bigger gangster than him in Delhi-NCR. Many teams have worked on this.
