The judicial custody of Sanjay Singh and Manish Sisodia has been extended. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has sent both of them to judicial custody till January 20. Former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia and AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh were produced in the Rouse Avenue Court on Wednesday in the Delhi liquor scam case. The judicial custody period of Sanjay Singh and Manish Sisodia was ending today i.e. on January 10, which has been extended.

Earlier, the court had directed the jail superintendent to allow signing of undertakings, nomination forms and other supporting documents in connection with the elections.

Manish Sisodia has also received a setback from the Supreme Court. His bail pleas were rejected in corruption and money laundering cases related to the scam. The bench of Justice Sanjeev Khanna and Justice SVN Bhatti had rejected the review petitions.
