New Delhi. Four car-borne miscreants looted two goats at knifepoint from a youth in Shastri Park area of ​​North-East Delhi in the early hours of Monday. The accused absconded after the incident. The victim reported the matter to the police. On the complaint of the victim Taslim Ahmed, the police have registered a case and are investigating. Taslim has noted down the number of the car and given it to the police.

During the investigation, it was found that the miscreants carried out the incident by putting fake number plates on the car. According to the police, Tasleem, originally a resident of Arsia village in Bareilly, works as a tailor at Noor-e-Ilahi in North-East Delhi with a person named Ishtiaq. Tasleem had gone to his village for the last few days. Ishtiaq had asked Taslim to get the goats from the village itself. Taslim had bought two goats from the village for 40 thousand.

Two miscreants riding a KTM snatched a mobile from a young man near Nigam Bodh Ghat in Kashmere Gate area. On making noise, Constable Damodar and the rest of the staff chased the accused. The bike of the accused slipped at some distance. One of the accused fled from the spot while the other was nabbed by the police. He has been identified as Irshad, a resident of Seemapuri. The looted mobile and a stolen bike were recovered from him. During interrogation, the accused told that there was no money to buy a goat on Bakrid, hence planned the robbery.
