The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has issued new guidelines after the video related to obscenity in the metro did not end. Under this, an appeal has been made to the passengers to dress modestly and behave during the journey. A request has been made to inform the obscene acts in the journey to Metro or CISF, so that action can be taken.

At the same time, in another viral video, the young man and the woman sitting on the floor in the metro are seen behaving indecent. After watching this video, people are cursing DMRC fiercely on social media. A few days ago, a girl was seen traveling in the metro wearing a bikini.

After the video went viral, it was criticized everywhere. A user tagged DCP Metro and tweeted whether you are awake. Many people commented on this video linking it to the corona victims. Now in view of the increasing number of such videos, even the guidelines issued by DMRC are not affecting the passengers.

The question of the passengers is that when everything is being monitored through CCTV, then why such incidents are not being tightened. Here, DMRC claims that teams of 3 to 4 members have been deployed in the metro. A drive is on to educate and punish the passengers.

Team members deployed without uniform keep an eye out for those illegally entering the coach reserved for women, trying to exit with tokens, sitting on the floor, spitting and those sitting on reserved seats. Eating in train or station premises, precautions during boarding and alighting, listening to loud music, obstructing metro doors, women’s seats, passengers sitting on gangways in trains are being monitored. Misbehavior is listed as a punishable offense under section 59 of the DMRC’s Operation and Maintenance Act.
