This is how the examination superintendent of the center became

The National Technical Research Organization (NTRO) had given the responsibility of conducting the examination to the government organization NIELIT. NIELIT had handed over the responsibility of different examination centers set up in schools in Delhi to different people. NIELIT had given the responsibility of setting up the center at Paramount School, Sector-23, Dwarka to Arunjay. Arunjay had deliberately become the examination superintendent of the centre. After this the game of paper leaking started.

If Arunjay sends question paper then Deepak answer book

Being in charge of the examination centre, Arunjay had complete control over the school. As soon as the question paper came, he used to take a photo from the mobile and send it to Deepak. Many times Arunjay used to send the answer book to Deepak. Deepak used to solve the question paper and send it to Arunjay. The police is ascertaining from where Deepak used to get the question paper solved.

Deepak used to bring candidates from Jind and other places

Deepak is a resident of Jind. He used to bring candidates from Jind itself. Also, the other accused Deepak Raghav is a resident of Mathura. He had also brought the examinee. Arunjay had taken one lakh rupees each from two examinees. This money came in the bank account. There was talk of giving the remaining amount in cash.
