Kuldeep Singh, owner of Delhi’s ‘Gyani Di Hatti’ shop, said that this shop has been around since 1956. This shop is named after his father late ‘Gyani Gurcharan Singh’. His father used to keep a small cart at Chandni Chowk. After that he opened this shop. Kuldeep Singh told that currently the rate of a glass of Rabri Faluda here is Rs 100.

Kuldeep Singh told that his father also had a Rabri Faluda shop in Lyallpur, Pakistan. After the partition of the country, his father started this shop again in Delhi. When asked about the specialty of Rabri Faluda, he said that good quality dry fruits, milk, khoya and self-made ice are used in it.

Customer Aru Sood told that he has been coming to this shop for 10-15 years. The authentic taste of Rabdi is not found anywhere else. At the same time, a person who came from Ahmedabad said that he liked the taste here and he was thinking of opening a similar shop in his place too.
