A sensational case has come to the fore of misusing the photo of a big and respected leader of the country and calling a person sitting on a constitutional post in a northeastern state. The caller wanted to take some benefit from the person sitting on the constitutional post and the Chief Minister.
Delhi Police Special Cell immediately registered a case after a secret input and started investigation and after that three accused including a high profile fraudster Sanjay Tiwari have been arrested. In the name of investigation, the police refused to reveal the name of the politician and the person sitting on the constitutional post.
A senior officer of Delhi Police said that the Special Cell had received inputs some time ago that a fraudster had called a person sitting on a constitutional post in a northeastern state by putting the photo of a big leader of the country on his mobile DP. The accused had also called the Chief Minister there. The Special Cell registered an FIR in this matter last week. After this, the Special Cell first arrested Prince Poddar. After questioning Sunil and high profile fraudster Sanjay Tiwari were arrested. The Special Cell has taken them on police remand.
The main accused has already cheated bureaucrats, leaders and MPs
Senior sources told that Sanjay Tiwari had called by putting a photo of a big politician in his mobile. Sunil had provided him a SIM card taken from a fake name and address. Prince also used to call. It has also come to light in the investigation that he has cheated the builder in Delhi. There are already 12 criminal cases registered against Sanjay Tiwari. He has duped bureaucrats, MPs, leaders and MLAs.
Has cheated Sonia Gandhi and Ram Madhav by becoming PA
Accused Sanjay Tiwari (44) has cheated Sonia Gandhi and BJP General Secretary Ram Madhav by becoming PA. Delhi Police has arrested it in the year 2017 along with fellow Gaurav. He used to cheat only politicians, bureaucrats, ministers and senior officers. He did not go to collect the cheated amount himself, but used to send it to some youths.
