It is also very tasty to eat and salty is used in making this vegetable, which is also commonly called sev. This namkeen is a little bigger than the normal namkeen. Milk and sev are used to make this vegetable.

This sev bhaji is prepared from gram flour
When a special conversation was held about Sev Bhaji with Mukesh, who is making Sev Bhaji at Green Tar Hotel located near Piru Singh Circle, Jhunjhunu, he told that to make it, salty (sev) prepared from gram flour is mixed with milk. People are served. Giving information about the entire process of making vegetables, Mukesh said that first of all oil is heated in the pan and then garlic paste along with cumin, turmeric and chilli is mixed in it. After that, green chillies and onions are roasted on low flame. When its color starts turning brown, then sev is added to it.

It is cooked with some water on low flame for a few minutes. When this masala gets mixed in it, then cream and milk are added to it and boiled for some time. When the milk starts thickening along with the sev, it is served to eat and adding some cream on top further enhances its taste.

Nutritious and delicious to eat

Mukesh, who was making Sev Bhaji, told that this vegetable is available fresh in every season. Due to mixing milk, cream etc. in it, it becomes very nutritious and tasty. Currently its full plate is available for Rs 150 in Jhunjhunu.
