A young man who used to make a delivery at an electronic company’s warehouse in Agra’s Loha Mandi police station area had committed the theft along with two of his accomplices. The police arrested Kishan Kumar, a resident of Laxmi Nagar, Jagdishpura, the delivery boy. Rs 7.10 lakh was recovered from his possession. To avoid CCTV footage, the accused had taken off a polythene from the fridge and wore it. The police is searching for the two accused.
DCP Suraj Rai said that Govardhan Agarwal, a resident of Mansarovar Enclave, Dayalbagh, has a warehouse of electronics goods named MS Metro Trading in Billauchpura. On Friday, he lodged a complaint at Loha Mandi police station. On the night of June 27, Rs 10 lakh kept in the locker of his warehouse was stolen. He came to know about it when he went to the warehouse in the morning.
On watching the CCTV footage, it was found that the young man had entered the warehouse wearing a polythene over his clothes. Due to this, his face was not visible. On the basis of CCTV footage, the police team arrested Kishan Kumar, who delivered the goods from the warehouse. His associates Kanhaiya and Nitesh are being searched for.

During interrogation, the accused told that he had good relations with the owner. He had prior information about the money. Then he prepared the plan. He entered the godown through the roof. His companions Kanhaiya, resident of Ber Ka Nagla and Nitesh, resident of Laxmi Nagar were standing outside the godown and keeping an eye on the people coming and going.
