Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has also given instructions to involve women of self-help groups in the field of food processing. He also gave instructions to train the women of the group to set up small enterprises. He was reviewing the Horticulture and Food Processing Department on Wednesday.

He has asked to focus especially on the establishment of Mega Food Park. He also asked to send farmer producer groups to Gujarat, Maharashtra to study the units there and encourage people to establish units in the state.
