Different types of dhokla flavors you must try out at least once


Chola Dal Dhokla- Prepared from chickpea dal (chana dal), this is another scrumptious version of dhokla. Its unique taste and texture makes it completely different from plain dhokla.

Idli Dhokla- This is a fusion dish, which combines the soft texture of Idli with the spicy flavor of Dhokla, resulting in a delightful and delicious snack.

Moong Dal Dhokla- This dhokla recipe made from moong dal is a protein version of the classic gram flour dhokla. You can eat it comfortably.

Palak Dhokla – This nutritious dish is prepared by adding spinach puree to the batter, which adds colour, flavour and additional nutrients to the traditional dhokla.

Khaman Dhokla- This popular Gujarati snack made from fermented gram flour, completely steamed and usually garnished with mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies.
