Material
Sattu – 2 cups
Wheat flour – 3 cups
Ajwain – half teaspoon
Garlic – 5 crushed
Onion – 2 finely chopped
Ginger – 1 teaspoon finely chopped
Amchoor – 1 teaspoon
Green chili – 2 to 3 finely chopped
lemon – one
Green Coriander – 2 to 3 tbsp chopped
salt – as per taste
Ghee – two spoons
Mustard oil – half a bowl

First of all, sieve the wheat flour and add one spoon of ghee and half a spoon of salt to it and mix it well. Now add water and knead it. Now cover the kneaded dough with a wet cloth and keep it for 20 minutes.

Now take a big bowl and mix sattu, ginger, garlic, chopped coriander, celery in it. Now put lemon in it and mix two spoons of mustard oil. Now mix well.

How to make Sattu Paratha
Knead the dough once again and make small balls. Fill a big spoonful of masala in the dough and close it. Now roll out the dough. Keep the gas on and keep a heavy griddle. Heat the tawa in low flame. After heating, put the rolled paratha on the griddle and roast it. When it gets cooked on one side, turn it over and cook on the other side. Now add ghee and fry the parantha well till it turns golden brown. Now take it off the griddle and serve hot. You can serve it with chutney, curd, sauce.
