Butter โ 1 cup
Tomato puree โ 1 cup
Cream โ 1/2 cup

Tomato ketchup โ 1 tsp
Sugar โ 1/2 tsp

How to make Paneer Makhani
To make Paneer Makhani, first of all, put butter in a pan and heat it. When the butter melts, add cinnamon, green cardamom and red cardamom to it. Now after frying it for a few seconds, we will put tomato puree in it. Now fry the mixture lying in the pan well. Keep in mind that the gas flame should be medium. Now salt, red chili, sugar, tomato ketchup will also be added to the tomato puree.
After this, take paneer and cut it into medium size pieces, then put it in this puree and mix it well. Now put 1/2 cup of water in it as well. Now cover this mixture with a lid and leave it to cook. After cooking it for a few minutes, add kasoori fenugreek to it and mix it well. After this add cream to paneer makhani and mix.
