Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Dry coriander – 1 tsp
Black cardamom – 1-2
Cumin – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander leaves chopped – 2 tbsp
Mint – 2 tbsp
Lemon – 2 tsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

Shami Kebab Recipe

To make Shami Kebab full of taste, first of all clean and wash the black gram thoroughly. After this, a day before making them, they will be kept for soaking overnight. Now to make it the next day, take a pressure cooker and put soaked gram in it. After this, finely chopped onions, ginger, garlic cloves, green and red chillies will also be added to it. After this, other spices including cinnamon, black cardamom, cumin, turmeric, dry coriander will also be added. After adding all these add salt as per taste and water according to your taste and close the lid of the cooker and wait for at least 5-6 whistles. After that turn off the gas.

When the pressure cooker cools down completely, then open the lid. Now take out all the water from the cooker and keep this mixture to cool down for about 15 minutes.
