Ingredients to make Soya Chaap Curry
Soya Chaap Stick โ 4
Bay leaf โ 1
Oil โ 2 tbsp
Cream โ 1/2 cup
Cumin โ 1 tsp
Onion paste โ 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder โ 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste โ 1 tsp
Coriander powder โ 1 tsp
Cumin powder โ 1 tsp
Red chili powder โ 1 tsp
Water โ 1 cup (approximate)
Tomato paste โ 1 cup
Green Coriander โ 2 tbsp
Kasuri fenugreek โ 1 pinch
Garam masala โ 1/2 tsp
Salt โ 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
how to make
To make soya chaap curry, first of all take soya stick and take it out in water once. Now if you want, cut them into small pieces. However, most people make it without cutting it. After this, take a pan or wok, in which heat the oil. After the oil is hot, put a stick of soya chap in it. Now fry them till they turn light brown. After frying, take them out in a vessel. After this add salt and turmeric to the pan. Now mix all these well. After this add ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder and red chili powder. Now everyone will pour water into it while walking with the help of a ladle. When the spices are cooked, then add tomato paste and cook the gravy on low flame.

Now add garam masala along with green coriander and kasoori fenugreek to it. After mixing them well, add cream to it and once again mix it well. Now put fried soya chap sticks in it and cook for a while. After cooking, turn off the gas. After cooling for about 10 minutes, it can be served with roti, paratha, naan or rice.
