Red chili powder – half teaspoon
Cumin – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – half teaspoon

Spinach-Soybean Vegetable Recipe

To make spinach-soybean vegetable, first of all, keep the soyabean in lukewarm water to soak for some time. Along with this, clean the spinach thoroughly and chop it finely. After this, put oil in a vessel (kadhai). When the oil is hot, put asafoetida and cumin seeds in it. With this add onion, garlic and ginger paste.
