To make Chilli Paneer, 500 grams paneer, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 4 teaspoons tomato ketchup, 2 red capsicum, 250 grams onions, 1 teaspoon ginger powder, 50 grams green chilies, 2 teaspoons schezwan sauce, 4 teaspoons ginger, 4 teaspoons garlic Take paste, 2 teaspoons maize flour, 2 teaspoons vinegar, 2 teaspoons green chili sauce, 2 yellow capsicum, 1 cup refined oil, 2 teaspoons butter and salt as per taste.

Chilli Paneer Recipe

To make Chilli Paneer, first cut the paneer into small pieces. After this, cut the onion and capsicum and wash the capsicum in water and keep it aside. Now clean the ginger and cut it finely. Cut it and keep it in a bowl and cut green chillies. Now put paneer in a bowl. Add cornflour, salt, ginger powder, vinegar and chili paste to it. Marinate the entire mixture for about 10-15 minutes. Then keep a pan on low flame and heat oil in it. When the oil is well heated, add paneer pieces and fry till it becomes golden. In this way your paneer will be ready.

Now you have to prepare its gravy. For gravy, keep the pan on medium heat and add some oil to it. Add garlic paste, chopped ginger and chopped green chillies and fry it. Add chopped capsicum to it, fry for a minute and then add onions to it. After this add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, green chili sauce and soya sauce. Half of your work is done. After this add melted butter and cook for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add fried paneer cubes to this gravy and mix well. If you want to make more gravy, then add some water and let the sauce thicken. Now garnish with green onions and serve.
