Ingredients needed to make Shahi Bhindi

500 grams – Bhindi
2- Chopped tomatoes
2- Chopped onions
5- Garlic clove
1 piece – ginger
2- Green chili
1 tsp – red chili powder
3/4 tsp – turmeric powder
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
1 tsp – cream
1 tsp – curd
salt – as per taste
oil – as needed
Cashew – as per taste
Almonds – as per taste
Bay leaves – as per taste
Cinnamon – as per taste

Dish Recipe

To make Gravydar Shahi Bhindi, first of all put a pan on medium flame. After this add tomatoes, onions, garlic, green chillies, almonds and cashews and boil it in water. When the onion becomes soft, turn off the gas. Now take out the whole mixture from the pan, cool it and grind it. After this, put oil in another pan and keep it on gas in medium flame.

When the oil is hot, add bhindi to it and fry it half. After this, take them out and keep them in a vessel. Now put some oil in it again and heat it. After that add bay leaves and cinnamon and mix well. Now put the prepared paste in it and cook it. When the paste is roasted, mix salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and curd in it. Now add water as required. Now put half the fried bhindi in this prepared gravy and cover and cook for about 3-4 minutes.

After the vegetable is cooked, add cream to it and mix it well. If you want, you can add garam masala and kasoori methi to it. Now this ready-made tasty vegetable can be served with roti, paratha or rice.
