Ingredients required to make Kashmiri Paneer
Cottage cheese cut into pieces – 2 cups
Milk – 2 cups
Oil – 2 tbsp
Bay leaves – 2-3
Cloves – 2-3
Cardamom – 4
Fennel – 2 teaspoons
Fenugreek – 2 teaspoons
Cumin – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry ginger powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Saffron – a pinch
salt – as per taste
Kashmiri Paneer Recipe
To make Tasty Kashmiri Paneer, first cut the paneer into small square pieces. Then make powder of clove, cardamom, fennel and fenugreek. After this, take a pan, put oil in it and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, put cumin seeds and prepared powder of these spices in it. After this, add milk along with this mixture and boil it. When the milk starts boiling, add turmeric powder, dry ginger powder, garam masala powder, bay leaves and saffron and mix it. Keep in mind that cook it on low flame only, so that it can avoid falling.

After this, put the cut pieces of paneer in the hot pan. After this, when the milk boils well, add salt to it. Now reduce the flame of the gas and cook till the paneer becomes soft. Meanwhile, press the paneer pieces and see. As soon as the paneer pieces become soft, remove it from the gas. After this, garnish with finely chopped green coriander from above. Now this tasty vegetable can be served with roti, rice or naan.
