Raw bananas – 4 fruits
Tomato – 2
Green chili – 2
Finely chopped onion – 1
Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander – finely chopped
Kasuri fenugreek – 1 teaspoon
Gram flour – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
oil – for frying
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder – as per taste
salt – as per taste

Banana Kofta Recipe

step 1: To make raw banana koftas, first take 4 banana fruits and wash them thoroughly. After that cut them into pieces. After this put these pieces in the cooker with water and keep it till one whistle. After this, take off the cooker and take out the banana pieces. Now peel these pieces and mash them.

Step-2: After mashing the boiled pieces of banana, add red chili powder, gram flour, ginger paste, finely chopped green chilies, salt, green coriander and garam masala to it. If possible, you can also add some curd. After this, fried koftas will also be added. Garam masala and green coriander will be put on top of it. Will take it off after some time.
