To make khoya paneer, 300 grams paneer, 125 grams khoya, 3 medium size tomato puree, 2 teaspoon red chili powder, 2-3 green chilies, 1 inch piece of cinnamon, 2 green cardamom, 4 cloves, 1 teaspoon kasuri methi, 2-3 chopped coriander leaves, 4-5 black peppercorns, 2 tsp butter, 2 tsp oil, ½ tsp cumin, 1 ½ tsp finely chopped ginger, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ¾ cup finely chopped onion, Take some water and salt as per taste.

Khoya Paneer Recipe
To make khoya paneer at home, first put oil and butter in the pan. Now keep it warm. Then put all the spices like cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, cumin, black pepper in the pan and fry on medium high flame. After this add ginger and onion to the pan and fry. Now after the onion turns golden, mix khoya in the pan. After some time add tomato puree to the pan.

Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and garam masala to it and mix well. Then cover it and leave it to cook. When the oil separates from the spices, add paneer and green chillies to the gravy and cover it after adding a little water. After the gravy thickens, garnish it with kasuri methi and green coriander. Your khoya paneer is ready, serve it with roti or naan.
