3 boiled potatoes
1 cup soya chunks
½ cup fresh peas
1/2 cup curd
1 inch thinly sliced ​​ginger
4-5 tsp finely chopped coriander
2-3 finely chopped green chilies
a pinch of asafoetida
half teaspoon cumin
Half teaspoon coriander powder
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
Half teaspoon red chili powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili
½ tsp garam masala
Half teaspoon chaat masala
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil

How to make Potato Soybean Vegetable
First of all, boil the potatoes and peel them off. Now heat water in a vessel and boil soya chunks in it, filter and wash them.

Now put curd in a big bowl and add all the spices like coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, both types of red chili powder, beat it and keep it.

Now put a pan on the gas and put oil in it. Add whole cumin seeds, asafoetida, chillies and fry them. Now put the spices in the curd in it and turn the gas on very low flame.

Fry the spices and add raw peas, soya chunks and fry them. To prevent the masala from burning, add some water to it.

Now break the potatoes with hands and put them in the pan and mix well. Fry it until the masala sticks well on the potatoes.

Now put a glass of water in it and cover the pan with a lid. Turn the gas on low flame.

Remove the lid after 4 to 5 minutes and stir and add water as needed. Now add salt as per taste and cover it again and leave it on the gas for 3 to 4 minutes.

Now your vegetable will be cooked. You remove the lid and put a pinch of garam masala, fennel powder on the vegetable. If you want, you can keep the vegetable dry as well as curry. Accordingly, you put water in it.

Now garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves and turn off the gas and take out the vegetables in the serving pot. Serve it hot with parathas, rotis or puris.
