Uttarakhand Anchal Dairy Federation i.e. Anchal Dairy has launched 5 types of sweets in the market on the occasion of Diwali. These sweets are special because they are made from milk and ghee prepared by local milk producers and special care has been taken of their purity. The most special among these sweets is Bal Mithai of Almora. Apart from this, Panjeri Laddu, gram flour dry fruit laddu, gulab jamun and rasgulla are also included.
These are the prices of sweets in the market
These sweets have been launched in the market at very cheap prices. In this, Almora’s Bal Mithai is priced at Rs 260 in a pack of 500 grams, Rasgulla is priced at Rs 300 in a pack of one kg, Gulab Jamun is priced at Rs 310 in a pack of one kg, Panjeri Laddoo is priced at Rs 240 in a pack of 400 grams and Gram Flour Dry Fruit Laddus is priced at 500 grams. The pack contains Rs 280. Anchal Dairy will not only benefit from the production of these sweets, but the common people will also get sweets made from pure milk at cheap prices.
Special attention is being paid to purity
Aanchal Dairy has taken special care of the purity of these sweets before launching them in the market. These have been prepared from pure desi ghee and special attention has been paid to the quality of mawa, so that customers do not have to worry about purity while purchasing sweets. All the raw materials for preparing sweets are purchased from local farmers.

Srinagar Anchal Dairy GM Surendra Singh Rana told Local 18 that this time in view of Diwali, Anchal Dairy has launched five sweets in the market. He told that while making these sweets, full care has been taken of purity and pure mawa and pure ghee have been used in it. He also told that these sweets are also being sent outside the state, which also includes children’s sweets. All the sweets have been made available in the market.
